Who operates this platform

Small Batch Wholesale is operated by Master’s Hand BBQ, LLC d/b/a Small Batch Wholesale, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Small Batch 3PL provides the connected warehouse services.

Business purchasing

This platform is for approved business buyers purchasing wholesale goods. Account verification does not automatically establish sales-tax exemption. Prices, selling units, shipping allocations and applicable tax are shown before payment.

Payments and fulfillment

Orders must be paid in full through the supported card or authorized bank debit checkout. Fulfillment is released only after verified successful payment. A successful bank payment may still be subject to a later return or dispute. Individual supplier orders and invoices remain separately identifiable within a combined purchase.

Supplier fees

The fee schedule shown in the supplier’s My Plan applies to its store. Draft setup is free. The subscription begins when the store goes live and can accept orders, and is collected on the regular 3PL invoice. Merchandise commissions, payment-processing costs and warehouse charges are separately itemized.

How information is used

Business and account information is used to verify access, operate stores, process orders, provide fulfillment, issue documents and support customers. Payment and payout onboarding uses Stripe. Shipping details required for delivery are shared with the fulfillment providers. Suppliers see their own order information.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Account and financial records are access controlled. The platform does not ask you to share banking passwords, and supplier banking information is entered through Stripe’s supported flow.

Before live ordering

Final merchant contact details, transaction-specific tax settings and the complete returns and supplier-protection terms must be confirmed before the platform accepts live orders. The checkout must present the applicable approved terms before payment.
