Once a tier change takes effect, future orders from both existing and new buyers use the new tier’s commission percentages. Existing buyers keep their supplier-brought or platform-acquired classification. Previous orders and invoices keep their original fees.
Once your supplier account is approved, changing tiers does not require another admin approval or take your live store offline. Any existing supplier or product restriction remains in place.
For an active store, the new monthly fee and commission rates start at the next monthly renewal. Existing platform-acquired periods keep their original end dates; switching tiers never restarts them.
Commissions apply to merchandise after supplier-funded discounts. The acquisition period starts with the first paid order, separately for each buyer–supplier relationship; changing plans does not restart it.
Actual card or bank processing fees, taxes and your existing 3PL fulfillment fees are separate. Eligible carrier postage plus the 5% markup is billed on your regular 3PL invoice.
Set up at your own pace.
Choose a plan and submit your wholesale access request together from your 3PL wholesale portal. The main administrator reviews your request and connects your inventory. Draft setup is free. Eligible products appear from your 3PL inventory, ready for you to add photos, descriptions and wholesale prices. Once supplier access is approved, choose cases or individual units and publish current and new products yourself when the listing and shipping details are complete. Our team is notified when products go live and can disable a listing if needed. Store activation is a separate final step.
Your plan’s monthly service periods begin when the store goes live and can accept orders. Starter has no monthly platform charge. Growth and Scale UP each have their own introductory offer. Unused offer months are preserved when you switch or pause; used months never restart.
