Buyer access

Verify your email and allow time for business review. If a store asks for its own approval, use Request store access on that storefront.

Orders and payments

Your account shows order and payment status. A processing bank payment is not ready for fulfillment. If a payment screen is interrupted, return to the existing order before attempting a new payment.

Supplier support

Existing clients can reach the Small Batch 3PL team through their regular 3PL portal. Include the wholesale order or invoice reference when asking about an order, shipping allocation or payout.

Returns and product issues

Keep the order reference, product information and photos of any shipping damage. Contact the fulfillment team promptly so the affected supplier items and packages can be reviewed.
