Checking your POS, counting incoming cases and re-entering received stock takes time and makes it easy to miss a product running low.
Match purchased products to your Square inventory. Choose separate controls for stock monitoring, reorder help and confirmed receiving updates—all from your buyer account.
Make it work for you
- Open My account → Connected Inventory, connect Square securely and confirm product matches, locations and unit conversions.
- Set your low-stock levels and targets. Choose reminders, editable suggestions or automatic additions to your saved shopping bag. Incoming purchases count toward your stock; automatic additions include an account notification and optional email. Review your bag and complete checkout when you are ready.
- When goods arrive, confirm the actual good units to add them to Square. Partial deliveries stay open; units already entered in Square can be recorded without adding them twice.
Square is the first supported POS. Buyers control all three functions and can pause or disconnect. Suggestions need recent inventory data; nothing is purchased automatically. Receiving requires confirmation. Suppliers cannot see your retail stock.
Build my shelf
Turn a shelf size and a budget into an assortment you can picture.

Choosing a new assortment means balancing space, variety, case quantities and cash tied up in backstock.
Build my shelf brings those decisions into one visual plan. See what goes on display, what you actually purchase and what remains in backstock before adding the assortment to your bag.
Make it work for you
- Enter your shelf count, clear dimensions and merchandise budget. Add a category, theme or preferred brand count if helpful.
- Suggest an assortment or start empty. Move and swap products, adjust facings and purchase quantities, and review the fit and current prices.
- Save the plan, print a setup guide and shelf labels, download a CSV, or add the purchase quantities to your regular bag.
Participating products need confirmed retail dimensions. Regular case quantities, stock and supplier minimums apply. Shipping and tax are additional. Saving a plan does not reserve stock.

It is hard to choose a new product for your shop when you have not tried it and the regular listing sells by the case.
Mix individual samples from participating brands at their discovery prices. Explore a broader assortment without the regular supplier merchandise minimums.
Make it work for you
- Open Discovery Box and search or filter the participating products.
- Choose your samples within each product’s quantity limit and review your box.
- Check out your Discovery Box separately from your regular bag. Follow its order, invoices and tracking from your account.
Each buyer business account can purchase each product through Discovery Boxes once. A refund does not reset eligibility. Normal shipping and applicable tax apply; offer codes and bulk discounts do not apply. A box selection may ship in more than one parcel.
Scan to Order
Walk your shelves and turn barcodes into a list you can order.

Typing long product names and barcode numbers slows down a stock check and leaves room for mistakes.
Use your phone camera, a handheld scanner or a pasted barcode list to find products together. Confirm camera reads, then review the matched products and quantities before adding anything.
Make it work for you
- Open Search and choose Scan to order, or find it in My account. Allow camera access only when you choose Open camera.
- Confirm each new barcode and keep scanning. Duplicate camera scans are flagged and skipped so you can move to the next item.
- Choose Find products, review matches or unmatched codes, select available cases or individual units, enter quantities and add your selections to the bag.
Camera reads need a clear, well-lit barcode. Check the number before confirming it. Nothing is ordered automatically; product availability and normal buying rules still apply.
Quick Restock
Bring your previously purchased products back into view.

Finding familiar items across old invoices and brand storefronts makes repeat ordering more work than it needs to be.
Quick Restock gathers previously purchased products in one place, with most ordered first. Search by keyword or barcode and change the sort to suit the job.
Make it work for you
- Open Quick Restock from your account or the shopping navigation.
- Search your purchase history or sort by order activity, purchase date, product name or barcode. Choose grid or list view and your page size.
- Select current pack options and quantities. For a particular past order, use its item reorder controls or Reorder all to review quantities together.
Reorders use today’s prices, available formats and stock. An old order does not guarantee availability or preserve a past discount. You review checkout before paying.
Make the most of my shipment

A nearly finished bag can leave you wondering whether a few more items would make better use of the shipment.
Explore additions that fit the estimated package count, then compare the current and proposed shipping quotes. Decide whether the extra merchandise is worth adding before changing your bag.
Make it work for you
- Put products in your regular bag and open Make the most of my shipment.
- Provide a delivery address and review the eligible suggestions. Choose the products and quantities you actually need.
- Compare merchandise and shipping totals, then confirm the additions. Return to your bag and complete normal checkout.
Suggestions depend on available stock, measurements and packing rules. Keeping the same estimated package count does not guarantee the same shipping price. Quotes can change; nothing is added without your confirmation.
